职位要求：1. Provide tooling using guide to production shop floor, to ensure tooling can be used in right status for production running smoothly
2. Provide technology support for all new product enquiries.
3. Contact tooling supplier for tooling maintenance timely to avoid production delay
4. From tooling theory, to evaluate tooling using life for die cutting process, then
finalize the tooling using life rule.
5. Join the feasibility analyses of new project for tooling demand
6. Design new tooling or participate in the supplier selection from tooling point of view-
7. New tooling supplier resource searching and tooling quality& technologies assessment
8. Ensure die design and fabrication are conformed to specification; control tooling
quality for production
9. Confirm the feasibility, cost and lead time of die modification for product design
change+
10. Other duties as required.

任职要求：
Education and Training:
1.College degree or above on engineering area, majoring in mechanical engineering is strongly preferred Experience and Skill:
1. At least 3 years of relevant die cut tooling experience with design, manufacturing and using, engineering experience on die cut industry is preferred;
Personality and Competency:
1. Strong communication skills
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin for both verbal and written
3. Well implementation of engineering/quality tools: APQP, DOE, SPC;
4. Able to work under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks
5. Auto CAD
