Converting Die Cut components involves cutting out the products into any shape or geometric pattern and design by using steel rule dies, rotary or circular dies, thermal and clicker dies, as well as machined compound and progressive dies.
In Aident, We are a major converter of Die Cut Components. We produce high precision of die cut components of the followings:-
  - Tapes;
  - Rubber and plastic foams;
  - Blank Labels;
  - Thermal pads; and
  - Die Cut Insulators.

For customers requiring high precision dimensions, stamping of parts via hard tooling are available as well.
