    新型的特点：
  ·适用于要求高速加工，且需要高精度送料的冲制品。
    (每分钟送料**高可达1200次)
  ·机械运转时，安静无声，不造成工作场所的噪音。
  ·材料表面不会留下任何压痕，可使冲制电镀材料铝合金、不銹钢、铜、铁、或二次工程厂商，得到**完美的冲制成品。
  ·所有调整均采用刻划式，操作简单，稳定性佳任何人员均可轻易操作它。
  ·本体为**体成型，可避免冲压时所产生的共振，而影响送料精度。

    新型的标准规格(或设计)说明：
  ·板厚调整只需依材料厚度旋转刻划即可。
  ·放松装置调整只需依模具内导梢位置来旋转刻划即可。
  ·送料长度用曲轴偏心量来调整(用块规方式亦可)。
  ·上面压板为气压式(压力可调整)
  ·材料清洁用羊毛毡。
  ·插入材料时，上下压板由空气阀手动开关来操作开闭。
  ·润滑方式—齿轮箱部分，固定座传动装置，传动主轴，均为油槽式，其他轴承部分为黄油给油。
